RideMaxx leads the EFI control industry with it’s wireless RideTuner, which mounts directly onto your handlebar. It is your direct means to select from 3 separate modes built into the FuelMaxx unit beneath your seat. Whether you are looking for power, a way to stretch your fuel mileage, or both, there is a setting for you.
RideMaxx Auto is the default setting at start-up. The custom fuel management optimizes your ride, actively attenuating power and fuel economy. It eliminates backfiring and maximizes the power curve, you’ll enjoy a new found smoothness of ride and added throttle response. The RideMaxx Power setting gives you the power you need, when you need it. You will experience up to 10% more power while eliminating backfiring with increased throttle response. RideMaxx Fuel is the setting specifically designed for fuel priority, it will stretch the bike’s tank for an added 25 miles. As in the other modes, your bike will be smooth and seamless.
At the core of the RideMaxx system is the FuelMaxx, which does the heavy lifting for the system. Your V-Twin is equipped with an ECU which is the brains for your bike. The FuelMaxx simply plugs into the harness and ECU, a simple and efficient means for improved performance. The RideMaxx is the only system available that is without any wires or cables. It reduces the do-it-yourself install time to mere minutes and leaves the underseat clean and unfettered.
Configured maps come pre-installed for an instant performance boost. It’s a simple task to install new maps using a BlueTooth enabled device (not included). You can access the RideMaxx system with BlueTooth equipped cell phones, PDA’s and computers instantly, and you can monitor your duty load, pulse width, throttle, position fuel economy, RPM and current gear position on the fly. A. We are in the process of building several 93" natural finish Panheads to have ready for immediate shipment, but as a rule each engine is built as ordered.
Q. How long is the build time from the time I place my order until I receive my engine?
A. The build times vary depending on the number of jobs in house as well as the options and cosmetics chosen. Our natural finish Signature Series averages 6-8 weeks. We are a small engine and drivetrain building facility and give our customers special attention. Each customer is important to us and your engine will be built, pre-run and shipped according to our production schedule dates.

Delkron Engine Cases for Big Twins Delkron's cases are computer designed and CNC-machined. The cases are permanent moldcast of '356-T6' aluminum with 1/2"-thick wall sections, have cast-in gray iron inserts and use standard thread fasteners. A removable high performance sump plate permits inspection of the bottom end, and is finned for additional cooling. Permanent mold casting is superior to sand casting providing more exact duplication, closer tolerances, better mold adhesion and precision race insert location. Other design innovations include:

This European made adapter kit is designed with the custom bike builder in mind. It allows you to use a Twin Cam “A” engine as used in Dyna Glide and FLH / FLT models, in conjunction with a 1985 thru 1999 Softail transmission
in most frames that are originally made for an Evolution Big Twin such as our Wide Tail or Super-Ass frames. There is very little grinding on the engine cases required to allow for wrench clearance. The adapter plate is precision machined from a solid block of billet aluminum for strength and true Custom Style. Kit comes complete with all necessary hardware as well as comprehensive fitting instructions.

Made from 7075-T651 aluminum with a tensile
strength of 83,000 psi, which is double the amount
of 6061-T6 aluminum and almost triple the amount
of cast cam covers. This cam cover is positioned precisely
to the centerline of the cam bushing and pinion
bushing. In fact, this cam cover is within .0002”
of where the factory intended it to be.
Why hold centerline that close, or for that matter,
why even care about centerline in a cam cover? We
at JIMS® are concerned with the life of your motor.
For this reason, we are helping you to achieve long
life of your valve train components, consisting of
your cam, tappets and your tappet blocks.
Your cam shaft must lie on the best possible foundation.
The foundation we are concerned with is the
centerline of the cam shaft. If the cam shaft is tilted
off in any direction much more than the running
clearance at each end of cam shaft, this will affect the
way the tappet rollers ride on the cam lobe. If they
are not riding flat, but on one edge of the roller, it
could possibly shorten the life of your valve train. The
cam shaft is supported at both ends, while the inner
cam bearing is a given, meaning the bearing is not
going to move unless you do a lot of machining.
Your cam cover must be right to the case centerline
for the longest possible tappet and cam life.
