One piece 2” stretched Softail style custom gas tank Fits custom applications, uses pop up style gas cap - not included holds approx 4 gallons.

No expense was spared in the construction and finish quality of these gas tanks. All visible welds (when mounted on bike) have been finished and polished to give a nice smooth seamless appearance and then phosphate etched to help prevent corrosion and to give a good surface for primers to adhere. The tank is mounted to the frame using either the supplied weld on front and rear brackets, or one of the weld on front brackets and the supplied Softail horse shoe style rear bracket. When the brackets have been installed they mount to the gas tank using a recessed rubber mounting system which isolates it from vibration and gives a nice flush look. Comes with weld to frame brackets, Softail horse shoe style rear bracket, rubbers and mounting hardware, stainless filler bung, stainless 13/16” (22mm) petcock outlet and stainless breather tube.

Fits custom application, comes with chrome raised mount pop-up gas cap (style E) holds approx 4.1 gallons. Smooth looking stretched chopper tanks to enhance the looks of any high neck chopper frame. Also looks good on any frame with 4” stretched down tubes and 3” or more stretch in the back bone. The rear of these tanks are tapped 1/8” - 27 NPT to take a fuel crossover line, and must be used wit a 13/16” (22 mm) petcock. The tank is mounted to the frame using the supplied weld on brackets. What is a special order item? One we don't stock normally, if your local shop does not stock it we most likely don't either. Do to the large amount of part for motorcycles it is hard to stock everything, our suppliers are 1-3 day shipping to us on most items. We send on to you as soon as we receive an item.

We will do everything in our power to work with you on cancellations and returns, so there will be no charge backs to you. We sell at discounts to save you money, be sure to order correctly. If we charged retail prices we would have more room to relax our policy, but do to deep discounts there is not much overhead to eat mistakes you make with an order. All returns are subject to a 20-30% RESTOCKING FEE! No exceptions! All returns must be approved by DAB management and must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any returns without RMA # will be refused and returned to the customer.

All orders for custom (made to order) parts, special order parts, including exhaust and specialty parts that have long delivery times 2-10 weeks or more, ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELED.
