One of the biggest questions asked is what does it do and do I have to shift. The auto clutch engages your manual clutch when your engine rpms increase and releases back at idle. You still have engine braking down to idle and when taking off when done normally, it even sounds like are letting out the clutch. You can still use the manual clutch lever but with zero pull at idle and 1 finger pull up to about half the engine rpm. You have more holding power with the EFM auto clutch than any other type on the market. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th gear burnouts can be done with ease. You still have to shift, you can use the manual clutch to shift, or just relax the throttle to up shift, and blip to down shift.

THERE IS NO DISADVANTAGE TO THE EFM AUTO CLUTCH!

There is no worry about stalling in traffic, holding in the clutch lever while sitting for a traffic light. A must for jockey shift bikes. If you are a experienced rider than take advantage of the way you can accelerate from a green light. If you are a new rider, you will ride the the confident of just being able to twist the throttle and go even if your on a hill, or just turning around in a tight area. The harder you twist the throttle, the harder the clutch will lock up. Great for trikes and disabled riders.

All auto clutches come with a relay(to keep bike from starting in gear) and all necessary fiber and or steels(plates) for adjustment.

The BDL 3" is a drop in clutch, supplied you with instructions, relay so it wont start in gear, extra steels and a fiber.

primos customer has to do some drilling on the basket.

EFM offer's setting any clutch up for free if you send it to them, just pay the shipping to them and back, if we are drilling the basket(primo), mounting the clutch is free

auto clutches are avaiable for most any type of belt drive, just most of them require drilling an tapping the basket.

EFM can also do specials, and can be with a special outside look to match bike themes etc.

We’ve taken the hassle of converting your late model belt driven H-D to chain drive. Whether you’re interested in a different final drive ratio, added driveline strength or more clearance for a wider tire, these kits will make your life easier. Front sprockets are steel, rear are made from extremely tough 7075-T6 aircraft quality aluminum. Choose between high-wearing RK Pro O-Ring chain or RK’s brutally strong, non-o-ring DR (Drag Race) chain. Simply identify your motorcycle type and year group, what style of chain you wish to run, and what sprockets you’ve chosen and we’ll supply you with everything you’ll need for the conversion. Email or call us to recommend what final drive ratio will work best for you, or choose your own (note: extremely small or large sprockets may require swing arm or frame modifications for clearance). 120 link chains are supplied, which must be shortened to fit.

BIG TWIN: Choose between 21-24 teeth on the transmission sprocket, 46-55 teeth on the rear (23/24 front, 48-52 rear sizes fit best).

SPORTSTER: Choose between 19-26 teeth on the transmission sprocket, 46-55 teeth on the rear (21/23 front, 46-51 rear sizes fit best on ‘91-’03 models; 2004-up models require larger diameter sprockets [25/26 front, 52-55 rear] to clear the passenger peg mounts on the frame).

Delivery Policy:

Please be advised most parts are special ordered at time of your purchase. In general most items take 1-2 weeks shipping times in USA(does not include special order items). Please allow proper time for shipping and handling of product. Some times items are back ordered, this is out of our control. If it will take over four (4) weeks for us to receive from our suppliers we will contact you for options (i.e. refund or wait for delivery). Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks on most items. Special order items may take longer (1-8 Weeks) sometimes longer. Frames may take up to 3 weeks or more, Please do not pressure us to hurry, we do our best, but if you are building a bike and need it tomorrow, don't order it today. Plan on proper order times in your build. Many times we can rush ship or drop ship, but some suppliers don't do that. MSO's will be sent a soon as we receive them, plan to wait 1-8 weeks or more for mso, we can't make them come faster then they are sent to us. Just because you have a bike show in a week does not mean we can ship parts faster, as stated before order your parts ahead of time to allow proper delivery times. Overnight shipping gets very costly.

Refund/Exchange Policy We offer a 30 Money Back or exchange Guarantee on almost every product we offer. (Most items are exchange only). Refunds do not include special order items. Items will be exchanged if received damaged for the same part only. Please call customer service at 612-296-7771, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Return merchandise with RMA number to: DUMBASSBIKER.COM 1598 E. SHORE DRIVE ST.PAUL, MN 55106 NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number, or mailed to the call center will be returned to sender, unless you have talked to us by phone. We are not at fault if you order the wrong part, we will work with you to fix the problem but many parts are special ordered from suppliers and thus non refundable or non-returnable. Please know what you want before you order. Items must be returned in the same condition as new for refund/exchange. If you install the part and then remove it, it is no longer new, if the packaging is opened or damaged it also is no longer new. There is a 30% restocking fee on all special order parts that our suppliers will accept for returns. There is no restock fees if item is one we normally stock and returned in new condition.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out (excludes special order items). In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping And 20% restocking fee (special order items 30%. Special order parts are not included, Special order item's, will incur a 30% cancellation fee, most item's are ordered at time of your purchase (thus special order items), once our order is placed with our suppliers, any cancellation is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Warranty Policy on all Motorcycle parts DUMBASSBIKER sells. Shipping Costs Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. Does not include electronic or electric items or parts. 60 day Warranty All parts (except refurbished items) come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable. Repair is often necessary for items purchased more than 30 days prior. Does not cover misuse or abuse or mis- installation . does not include electric parts or electronic devices. Manufacturer Warranty Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranty for the following products: (…engines, transmissions primaries, wheels, tires, controls, etc). Customers should contact the manufacturer after warranty expires. Includes electrical components i.e. batteries, starters. Manufacturer warranty overrides dealer warranty in all cases.

Most items ship in 2-7 days, although many special order items may take up to 10 weeks (i.e. frames, engines, etc) remember suppliers stocks change by the day and even by the second, as well time of year, may deplete suppliers stocks as well (spring is the worst) please order your parts well ahead to be assured of timely delivery and to meet your dead lines. What is a special order item? One we don't stock normally, if your local shop does not stock it we most likely don't either. Do to the large amount of part for motorcycles it is hard to stock everything, our suppliers are 1-3 day shipping to us on most items. We send on to you as soon as we receive an item.

We will do everything in our power to work with you on cancellations and returns, so there will be no charge backs to you. We sell at discounts to save you money, be sure to order correctly. If we charged retail prices we would have more room to relax our policy, but do to deep discounts there is not much overhead to eat mistakes you make with an order. Dumbassbiker.com does our absolute best to describe our products as accurately as possible, if you are not sure about the description of the item, or the fitment, PLEASE e-mail for assistance. We will not accept returns for perception errors or the appearance of the bike after an item is installed. If you have questions about the appearance or function of a motorcycle with a part installed, please contact us by e-mail, WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!!

All returns are subject to a 20-30% RESTOCKING FEE! No exceptions! All returns must be approved by DAB management and must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any returns without RMA # will be refused and returned to the customer.

All orders for custom (made to order) parts, special order parts, including exhaust and specialty parts that have long delivery times 2-10 weeks or more, ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELED. Any part that has a manufacturer’s defect will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. The manufacturer has sole discretion in defect issues; we will do everything possible to expedite these return issues.

Any return issues must be brought to the attention of DAB within 72 hours of receiving the item.

All refunds will be made to the original purchaser and funds will be returned only in the method they were paid minus applicable fees/shipping charges.

We list everything we know about a part, If you have other questions, contact manufacture or e-mail us and we will attempt to find an answer, allow 2-3 days for responce.

With over 1,000,000 parts on the market it is hard to know everthing about every part, If the item states it fits 2000-2006, Please do not ask us if it fits a 1996 model, Fitments are listed from manufacture.
