The K&P Engineering filter element is made from medical grade, type 304 stainless steel Micronic filter cloth to provide unmatched protection against oil contamination and resultant engine damage. A one inch square of this material flows an incredible 1.9 gallons of oil per minute at only 1 PSI pump pressure. The adhesive used in the filter assembly process is good to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, far above normal engine operating temperatures. A super strength nickel-plated neodymium rare earth magnet is installed in the top of the element for magnetic pre-filtering of the oil. The sophisticated bypass is engineered for proper differential pressures and consistent operation, delivering a greater percentage of filtered oil while being very easy to clean.  The twist lock design assures positive filter element placement and allows for easy disassembly, inspection and cleaning. The quad-ring gasket doubles the seal between the filter and the engine. Finally, the filter housing is carved out of a solid chunk of 6061T6 billet aluminum, which not only looks trick but aids in dissipating heat.

    The motoscope mini from motogadget features a multifunctional digital instrument, which is extremely compact and lightweight. The LED display is a proprietary development by motogadget especially designed for the motoscope mini. This display represents an absolute novelty in the field of digital instruments. 251 ultra-bright LEDs form an almost rimless display area that provides for faultless readable indications and different modes of programming.

    Due to its unostentatious and elegant design and its superb visual and function-related quality the motoscope mini is eminently suited to almost all two or four wheel custom vehicles - whether they are Fighters, Low Riders, Sports Bikes, Enduros, Super Motos or even Quads, Mini-Bikes, Scooters and custom cars. The motoscope mini can be either positioned prominently to enhance a vehicle's style or can be integrated unobtrusively for an absolutely clean look! And finally for all weight fetishists: a bicycle speedometer can hardly beat a weight of 32 grams including connection cable. Casing

    The billet aluminium casing is CNC-milled and therefore of the highest quality. The surface is brushed and anodised either in black or natural silver. Alternatively, it can also be ordered in a high-gloss polished finish. The casing is completely backfilled and the electronics assembly is therefore protected against weather influences, water, dust, and vibrations.

    Display and Functions

    The new dot-matrix of 251 ultra-bright LEDs provides a graphic indication of the engine speed by means of a freely scalable, horizontal LED band. All other indications are shown as numerical values. Of course, the engine speed can also be called up on the display as a numerical value in real time.

    In order to provide optimal readability in darkness, daylight and twilight, the intensity of LED illumination is adapted automatically. The basic setting can be set to default for day and night in the set-up menu. Furthermore, an individual threshold value can be set for the engine speed limit ('red area'). Alternatively, this function can be used to indicate optimal gear shift engine speeds (simulated gear shift light). In both cases all LEDs start flashing whenever the adjusted engine speed value is reached.

    Among all these functions the motoscope mini boasts a chief attraction: the new display is not only able to show readings horizontally but also vertically ("vertical mode"). This means that the instrument can also be mounted either horizontally or vertically! Furthermore, in the "vertical mode" the engine speed LED band can be set to either the left or right of the top-down numerical indications. These features are unique in their field.

    Operation

    With the kit-enclosed menu push button - or the originally installed head-lamp-flash-switch - it is possible to alternate between different functions and modes. Short text indications of the selected functions permit simple programming and operation of the instrument. The menu push button is also used for entering specific vehicle data into the device's computer. Of course, all pre-adjustments and stored values remain stored when the power supply is switched off.

    Installation

    Two threaded bushings at the back of the motoscope mini mean that it can be mounted easily to every vehicle. It can be used as a detached instrument on the handlebar or fork bridge or as an integrated element in a fairing cockpit or instrument panel. For easy installation we offer suitable all-purpose holding brackets as well as solutions specific to particular brands and models.

    Operational Safety

    Electrical safety is just one of the motoscope mini's many positive features. A working voltage of 7 V is already sufficient in order to operate the device and operation is ensured up to 18 V. Should over-voltage occur, this is intercepted automatically before it harms electronics. The instrument is therefore over-voltage protected. Furthermore, the device features protection against reverse polarity.

    Connection and Sensors

    A high degree of operational safety, simple wiring and a detailed assembly and operating manual make connecting the motoscope mini possible for everybody, including users who do not have much confidence in regard to vehicle electricity. The speedometer sensor provided is very small (M5/25 mm) and made of stainless steel. The sensor complies with the highest standards (IP68) and has a 1.5 m long connection cable, which can used to attach it to the front or rear wheel.

    The motoscope mini is compatible with a lot of original speedometer sensors supplied by the vehicle manufacturers, regardless of whether these are dry reed contacts or inductive proximity switches. In case you require one, a load resistor is enclosed in the scope of delivery. Where original sensors are used, the motoscope mini can simply be plugged and no further installation is required. The device features also an intelligent 'Teach Function', which makes it possible to calibrate the speedometer in a very simple way - especially at vehicles that have the speedometer sensor within the gear box or somewhere similar, as in the case of Buell or Harley-Davidson (TM) motorcycles.

    Versions regarding Casing Color and Ignition Casings are available in black, and mirror polished.

    When combining the motoscope mini with the genuine CDI ignitions (capacitor discharge ignitions) often found Enduros, Quads and two-stroke engine vehicles, it may be necessary to use an additional ignition signal transmitter.

    The motosign mini from motogadget is an indicator lamp panel that fits perfectly to the motoscope mini in terns of size and design. Of course, it can also be used as a stand-alone instrument.

    The Casing

    The billet aluminium casing is CNC-milled and therefore of the highest quality. Its surface is anodized either in black or natural aluminium (silver). It's also available in mirror polished. The casing is sealed and protects all electronic parts against weather, water and dust.

    The LEDs

    The inbuilt 5 super bright LEDs don't have any symbols. With 5 LEDs in 4 different colours the difference and the function is obvious. The colours of the 5 LEDs are red, yellow (2 pcs), blue and green. The lifetime of an LED is always superior to bulbs. Inbuilt resistors ensure that voltage is correctly adapted to the LEDs.

    Installation

    Due to its tiny dimensions and attractive design the motosign fits to almost all motorcycles. Fastening is easy and stable due to two tapped holes (M3) on the back side of the instrument. For users wishing to combine the motosign mini with the motoscope mini we offer a mounting bracket as an option (bracket msm C).

    This tunable SuperTrapp 2 into 2 system is the offspring of our flat track racing systems. It allows a rider to bolt on a 10% horsepower increase to their stock 883 model and over 20% horsepower gains on a stock 1200. The Sportster 2 into 2 XR Style System features brushed stainless steel head pipes and megaphones. The megaphone design allows the exhaust gas to expand, which increases power while the discs allow the rider to control how much flow they want.

    It has 02 EXHAUST sensor ports installed to utilize stock sensors on fuel injected models and also includes plugs for the ports when used on carbureted models.

    The Sportster 2 into 2 XR Style System is equipped with a completely rebuildable core and packing to save riders time and money. Optional open end caps are available for closed course competition.

    SuperTrapp's tunable disc technology allows riders to add 4" discs to increase horsepower, exhaust tone and flow, or riders can remove 4" discs to reduce sound and increase low-end torque. The 2 into 2 system comes with twenty-four 4" discs allowing the rider to utilize twelve discs in each muffler. Additional discs are sold separately.

    For ultimate durability, the exhaust system bracket is mounted to the transmission allowing it to move with the rubber-mounted motor.

    The K&P Engineering filter element is made from medical grade, type 304 stainless steel Micronic filter cloth to provide unmatched protection against oil contamination and resultant engine damage. A one inch square of this material flows an incredible 1.9 gallons of oil per minute at only 1 PSI pump pressure. The adhesive used in the filter assembly process is good to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, far above normal engine operating temperatures. A super strength nickel-plated neodymium rare earth magnet is installed in the top of the element for magnetic pre-filtering of the oil. The sophisticated bypass is engineered for proper differential pressures and consistent operation, delivering a greater percentage of filtered oil while being very easy to clean.  The twist lock design assures positive filter element placement and allows for easy disassembly, inspection and cleaning. The quad-ring gasket doubles the seal between the filter and the engine. Finally, the filter housing is carved out of a solid chunk of 6061T6 billet aluminum, which not only looks trick but aids in dissipating heat.

    We’ve taken the hassle of converting your late model belt driven H-D to chain drive. Whether you’re interested in a different final drive ratio, added driveline strength or more clearance for a wider tire, these kits will make your life easier. Front sprockets are steel, rear are made from extremely tough 7075-T6 aircraft quality aluminum. Choose between high-wearing RK Pro O-Ring chain or RK’s brutally strong, non-o-ring DR (Drag Race) chain. Simply identify your motorcycle type and year group, what style of chain you wish to run, and what sprockets you’ve chosen and we’ll supply you with everything you’ll need for the conversion. Email or call us to recommend what final drive ratio will work best for you, or choose your own (note: extremely small or large sprockets may require swing arm or frame modifications for clearance). 120 link chains are supplied, which must be shortened to fit.

    BIG TWIN: Choose between 21-24 teeth on the transmission sprocket, 46-55 teeth on the rear (23/24 front, 48-52 rear sizes fit best).

    SPORTSTER: Choose between 19-26 teeth on the transmission sprocket, 46-55 teeth on the rear (21/23 front, 46-51 rear sizes fit best on ‘91-’03 models; 2004-up models require larger diameter sprockets [25/26 front, 52-55 rear] to clear the passenger peg mounts on the frame).
