Refund/Exchange Policy We offer a 30 Money Back or exchange Guarantee on almost every product we offer. (Most items are exchange only). Refunds do not include special order items. Items will be exchanged if received damaged for the same part only. Please call customer service at 612-296-7771, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. We are not at fault if you order the wrong part, we will work with you to fix the problem but many parts are special ordered from suppliers and thus non refundable or non-returnable. Please know what you want before you order. Items must be returned in the same condition as new for refund/exchange. If you install the part and then remove it, it is no longer new, if the packaging is opened or damaged it also is no longer new. There is a 30% restocking fee on all special order parts that our suppliers will accept for returns. There is no restock fees if item is one we normally stock and returned in new condition.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out (excludes special order items). In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping And 20% restocking fee (special order items 30%. Special order parts are not included, Special order item's, will incur a 30% cancellation fee, most item's are ordered at time of your purchase (thus special order items), once our order is placed with our suppliers, any cancellation is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Warranty Policy on all Motorcycle parts DUMBASSBIKER sells. Shipping Costs Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. Warranty Procedure We suggest you contact our parts support team first by posting a question to e-mail parts@dumbassbiker.com to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. No phone call or email is necessary! 30-Day Warranty All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. Nor does it cover misuse or abuse. Does not include electronic or electric items or parts. 60 day Warranty All parts (except refurbished items) come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable. Repair is often necessary for items purchased more than 30 days prior. Does not cover misuse or abuse or mis- installation . does not include electric parts or electronic devices. Manufacturer Warranty Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranty for the following products: (…engines, transmissions primaries, wheels, tires, controls, etc). Customers should contact the manufacturer after warranty expires. Includes electrical components i.e. batteries, starters. Manufacturer warranty overrides dealer warranty in all cases.

If we have to take your order over the phone because you can't or don't want to do it on line there is a $10 customer service fee added to purchase price(this is only applied to phone purchases) It cost money to staff phone order lines, again less staff saves you money. We have a very secure web site for your safety, we do not save or keep credit card information on file, nor do we even see it when purchased on our web site. Our phones are very busy all the time, so e-mail is better way to contact us first. While we do stock some items, do to the vast number of parts on the market place we can't stock them all. Most items ship in 2-7 days, although many special order items may take up to 10 weeks (i.e. frames, engines, etc) remember suppliers stocks change by the day and even by the second, as well time of year, may deplete suppliers stocks as well (spring is the worst) please order your parts well ahead to be assured of timely delivery and to meet your dead lines. Prices are as listed on the web site, we don't barter, we feel we offer fair prices for our parts. Warranties are provides by manufacturers. We will work to solve a problem of one arises.

What is a special order item? One we don't stock normally, if your local shop does not stock it we most likely don't either. Do to the large amount of part for motorcycles it is hard to stock everything, our suppliers are 1-3 day shipping to us on most items. We send on to you as soon as we receive an item.

We will do everything in our power to work with you on cancellations and returns, so there will be no charge backs to you. We sell at discounts to save you money, be sure to order correctly. If we charged retail prices we would have more room to relax our policy, but do to deep discounts there is not much overhead to eat mistakes you make with an order.
