Please be advised most parts are special ordered at time of your purchase. In general most items take 1-2 weeks shipping times in USA(does not include special order items). Please allow proper time for shipping and handling of product. Some times items are back ordered, this is out of our control. If it will take over four (4) weeks for us to receive from our suppliers we will contact you for options (i.e. refund or wait for delivery). Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks on most items. Special order items may take longer (1-8 Weeks) sometimes longer. Frames may take up to 3 weeks or more, Please do not pressure us to hurry, we do our best, but if you are building a bike and need it tomorrow, don't order it today. Plan on proper order times in your build. Many times we can rush ship or drop ship, but some suppliers don't do that. MSO's will be sent a soon as we receive them, plan to wait 1-8 weeks or more for mso, we can't make them come faster then they are sent to us. Just because you have a bike show in a week does not mean we can ship parts faster, as stated before order your parts ahead of time to allow proper delivery times. Overnight shipping gets very costly.
Refund/Exchange Policy We offer a 30 Money Back or exchange Guarantee on almost every product we offer. (Most items are exchange only). Refunds do not include special order items. Items will be exchanged if received damaged for the same part only. Please call customer service at 612-296-7771, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out (excludes special order items). In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping And 20% restocking fee (special order items 30%. Special order parts are not included, Special order item's, will incur a 30% cancellation fee, most item's are ordered at time of your purchase (thus special order items), once our order is placed with our suppliers, any cancellation is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. Most items ship in 2-7 days, although many special order items may take up to 10 weeks (i.e. frames, engines, etc) remember suppliers stocks change by the day and even by the second, as well time of year, may deplete suppliers stocks as well (spring is the worst) please order your parts well ahead to be assured of timely delivery and to meet your dead lines. What is a special order item? One we don't stock normally, if your local shop does not stock it we most likely don't either. Do to the large amount of part for motorcycles it is hard to stock everything, our suppliers are 1-3 day shipping to us on most items. We send on to you as soon as we receive an item.
We will do everything in our power to work with you on cancellations and returns, so there will be no charge backs to you. We sell at discounts to save you money, be sure to order correctly. If we charged retail prices we would have more room to relax our policy, but do to deep discounts there is not much overhead to eat mistakes you make with an order. Dumbassbiker.com does our absolute best to describe our products as accurately as possible, if you are not sure about the description of the item, or the fitment, PLEASE e-mail for assistance. We will not accept returns for perception errors or the appearance of the bike after an item is installed. If you have questions about the appearance or function of a motorcycle with a part installed, please contact us by e-mail, WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!!
All returns are subject to a 20-30% RESTOCKING FEE! No exceptions! All returns must be approved by DAB management and must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any returns without RMA # will be refused and returned to the customer.
All orders for custom (made to order) parts, special order parts, including exhaust and specialty parts that have long delivery times 2-10 weeks or more, ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELED. Any part that has a manufacturer’s defect will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. The manufacturer has sole discretion in defect issues; we will do everything possible to expedite these return issues.
Any return issues must be brought to the attention of DAB within 72 hours of receiving the item.
All refunds will be made to the original purchaser and funds will be returned only in the method they were paid minus applicable fees/shipping charges.
We list everything we know about a part, If you have other questions, contact manufacture or e-mail us and we will attempt to find an answer, allow 2-3 days for responce.
With over 1,000,000 parts on the market it is hard to know everthing about every part, If the item states it fits 2000-2006, Please do not ask us if it fits a 1996 model, Fitments are listed from manufacture.
